GST Registration
If you have not started sales/received payment, you have to produce at least any 3 of the following documents:-
- Signed contract, accepted tender, quotations, purchase order,
- Document on transfer or acquisition of business,
- Rental agreement of your business office, warehouse or shop,
- License/Permit Approval to run business activities,
- OTP/Sale & Purchase agreement of properties,
- List of confirmed/potential customers and suppliers, or
- Recent 2 months of detailed Purchase listing with 3 recent suppliers’ invoices, including shipping documents
If you have started sales/received payment, you have to produce the below documents where applicable:-
- Latest Profit & Loss statement or a recent 2 months of detailed Sales & Purchase listings,
- 3 recent suppliers’ invoices, including shipping documents,
- 3 recent invoices issued to customers, including shipping documents, and
- Signed contract, accepted tender, quotations, purchase order
